A black leather belt with brown leather shoes is a definite don’t wear. So, you will probably need at least one black belt and one brown belt to be able to pair them with your shoes. As far as the tie is concerned, the simpler a print is the better off you are. If you have a hard time matching clothing and prints, make it easy. A solid tie is just as effective as a print tie, and you should ensure that the tie ends in the middle of your belt buckle no lower and not too much higher.
